Oct. 11--Still in the first week of the regular season, the Chicago Blackhawks may not be done shaping their roster.
According to a source, the Hawks are actively seeking a defenseman via a trade.
The top four blue liners are set with Duncan Keith, Brent Seabrook, Niklas Hjalmarsson and Trevor Daley, but after that the experience and talent level drops considerably with David Rundblad, Trevor van Riemsdyk, Viktor Svedberg and the injured Michal Rozsival in the mix.
Against the New York Islanders on Saturday night at the United Center, Rundblad was a healthy scratch while Svedberg was appearing in his second career NHL game.
