BRIEF: Sodikoff's 3 Greens Market opening in February

Jan. 28--Brendan Sodikoff presumably hopes that the third time's the charm for his River North space at 354 W. Hubbard St.

What once was home to Sodikoff's short-lived delicatessen Dillman's, and then the Italian restaurant Cocello's, will become 3 Greens Market, which will be home to various food and beverage options, spread around two rooms under one roof.

There will be another iteration of Small Cheval, Sodikoff's Bucktown burger-and-shakes concept; Dillman's Pastrami Shop; Bavette's Bakery; a coffee shop and an 18-foot, hot and cold salad bar with globally inspired entrees.

The market will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday, and will be closed weekends.

"We're finally giving the neighborhood what it's been asking for," said Sodikoff in a press release.
