Kesha, 28, co-wrote her albums "Animal" (2010) and "Warrior" (2012) and is working on a third studio album. Among her hit songs are "Tik Tok" and "Die Young." She was an expert on ABC's singing competition show "Rising Star."
She bought the property last year for $1.65 million.
