Kesha, 28, co-wrote her albums "Animal" (2010) and "Warrior" (2012) scoring hits with such songs as "Tik Tok" and "Die Young." The recent L.A. Pride concert headliner was an expert on ABC's singing competition show "Rising Star" last year alongside Josh Groban and Ludacris and has been working on songs for a third studio album.
She bought the property a little more than a year ago for $1.65 million.
