BRIEF: Singer-actor Joe Jonas lets go of Traditional home in the Hollywood Hills

Dec. 07--Actor-singer Joe Jonas of Jonas Brothers fame has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $2.88 million.

The charming Traditional-style house, built in 1923, has a steep gabled roof. Some 2,900 square feet of living space include living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen, an office, an atrium, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a powder room.

The backyard has a swimming pool surrounded by lawn and hedges. An outdoor dining area and a two-car garage complete the grounds.

The 26-year-old was frontman for the pop-rock band that included his brothers Nick and Kevin, then launched a solo career. He helped form the band DNCE this year and will be in the upcoming film "The Highway Is for Gamblers."

He bought the property last year for $2.595 million, public records show.

Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency was the listing agent. Marcie Hartley of Hilton Hyland, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate, represented the buyer.
