BRIEF: Shedd, Adler and MCA have deals for Veterans Day

Nov. 10--Chicago's Shedd Aquarium is offering a free Shedd Pass for those who served in America's military with on Veterans Day (Nov. 11). Includes admission to the Caribbean Reef, Waters of the World, Amazon Rising, Wild Reef, Abbott Oceanarium and Polar Play Zone. All active and former servicemen and servicewomen with proper ID can receive a free pass; more at sheddaquarium.org/plan-a-visit/Special-Offers/

And the Adler Planetarium also has free general admission to current and former military personnel, as well as all Illinois residents. With proper ID; more at adlerplanetarium.org.

Just to the north, the Museum of Contemporary Art offers free admission every day to members of the military, veterans and their families; more at mcachicago.org.
