BRIEF: Saturday's recap: White Sox 4, Dodgers 2

March 20--Tyler Saladino hit a two-run homer in the seventh inning off Kenley Jansen to lift the White Sox to a 4-2 victory over the Dodgers on Saturday at Camelback Ranch. Sox left-hander Chris Sale made his Cactus League debut, allowing two earned runs on six hits with a walk and three strikeouts over 5 1/3 innings.

At the plate: The Sox got to Clayton Kershaw in the second inning with RBI singles from Jerry Sands and Saladino.

On the mound: Sale gave up a fourth-inning home run to Alex Guerrero.

In the field: Avisail Garcia fell while chasing Howie Kendrick's RBI triple into the right-field corner in the third inning.

Key number: 3 -- Saladino homers this spring.

The quote: "We were trying to get a feel for commanding the strike zone, threw get-ahead strikes, stuff like that. I was really working on fastball command. It was a little shaky, but it worked out well." -- Sale

Up next: At Athletics, 3:05 p.m. Sunday, RH Jacob Turner vs. LH Sean Manaea.
