BRIEF: Saturday recap: White Sox 7, Indians 3

April 10--Melky Cabrera's run-scoring single gave the White Sox the lead in the seventh and Avisail Garcia followed with a three-run home run to break things open. The Sox won their first home game and improved to 4-2.

At the plate: Jose Abreu hit his second home run of the season, and six different players scored runs.

On the mound: Chris Sale allowed three runs on six hits and two walks over seven innings to improve to 2-0, and Matt Albers pitched two perfect innings in relief. Albers has 24 consecutive scoreless appearances over 25 1/3 innings.

In the field: Brett Lawrie committed his first error of the season at second.
