BRIEF: 'Ride the Cyclone' cast announced

Sept. 02--Chicago Shakespeare Theater has announced the cast of its upcoming production of the American premiere of "Ride the Cyclone."

The irreverent musical comedy, with direction by Rachel Rockwell and musical direction by Doug Peck, follows six teenagers whose lives are cut short by a freak accident aboard a rollercoaster. They must then compete for a chance to return to life.

The play will feature Tiffany Tatreau as Ocean O'Connell, Lillian Castillo as Constance Blackwood, Kholby Wardell as Noel Gruber, Russell Mernagh as Mischa Bachinski, Jackson Evans as Ricky Potts, Emily Rohm as Jane Doe, and Karl Hamilton as The Amazing Karnak.

"Ride the Cyclone" opens at Chicago Shakespeare Theater, 800 E. Grand Ave., on September 29th and continues through November 8th.
