BRIEF: Restaurants closing early due to the storm

Feb. 01--If you have restaurant reservations for Sunday evening, better call ahead before venturing out of doors.

A number of Chicago restaurants have already closed for the day, citing the blizzard that's hammering Chicago and the suburbs, and many more plan to close early.

Among the restaurants participating in Chicago Restaurant Week, such restaurants as La Sirena Clandestina, Nana, Table Fifty-Two, Unite Urban Grill and Wildfire (city location) already have closed, according to Choose Chicago (the city's convention and tourism bureau). Other restaurants, including suburban Wildfire locations and Weber Grill, plan to close earlier than usual tonight.

Other restaurants that will not serve dinner on Sunday include Bistronomic, Del Frisco's, Nellcote, Osteria La Madia, Perennial Virant and RM Champagne Salon.

Joe's Seafood, Prime Steaks Stone Crab says it will close early tonight, but will honor all existing reservations.
