BRIEF: Reba McEntire sells Beverly Park estate off-market for $22.25 million

June 25--Actress and country music singer-songwriter Reba McEntire has quietly sold her estate in gated Beverly Park in an off-market deal for $22.25 million.

Hedged by mature trees, the property includes a swimming pool with a spa, a tennis court, a pond and large expanses of grass on 1.8 acres. A large motor court with a fountain marks the entrance to the home.

While interior details are scarce, property records show that the home has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in some 9,200 square feet of living space.

The house last sold in 2003 for $9 million, records show.

Brian Adler of John Aaroe Group represented McEntire in the sale. Brothers Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman repped the buyer.

McEntire, a two-time Grammy winner, has released 27 studio albums, the most recent of which, "Love Somebody," debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums in April. Among her acting credits is the film "Tremors" (1990) and the TV sitcom "Reba" (2001-2007)
