BRIEF: Prosecutors: Hillside woman offered sex to police chief for $20

March 23--A Hillside woman has been charged with prostitution after prosecutors said she solicited the west suburb's chief of police for sex in exchange for $20.

Delora Johnson, 24, also was charged with aggravated resisting arrest and aggravated battery in the incident, which took place Saturday in the 4700 block of Roosevelt Road, according to Cook County court documents.

Records list the complainant as "Chief J Lukaszek." Hillside's police website lists Joseph M. Lukaszek as the department's chief.

Johnson asked Lukaszek for a cigarette in a parking lot Saturday, according to prosecutors.

Lukaszek declined, and Johnson then offered to perform a sex act for $20, according to court records.

Johnson pushed and struck the chief as she was being taken into custody, according to court records.

Lukaszek could not be reached for comment.

In bond court Sunday, Judge Donald Panarese ordered Johnson released on her own recognizance.
