BRIEF: Prosecutors: Armed guard sexually assaulted another woman

April 19--A South Side woman who's a state-licensed armed security guard forced another woman to perform a sex act on her, prosecutors alleged Saturday.

Zuvanta McBride, 28, attacked the woman Friday about 12:35 a.m. at McBride's apartment building in the 6500 block of South King Drive. McBride grabbed the woman's hair and forced her head toward McBride, then said "everything happens for a reason," according to a police report.

The woman was afraid of McBride because she saw a firearm and was scared that McBride would use it, so she complied with McBride's demand to perform a sex act, according to the report.

McBride is a security guard with World Security Agency, court records show. McBride has a license to carry a pistol as a security guard which expires May 31, according to state records.

She was charged with criminal sexual assault and ordered held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
