Feb. 09--Mark Burg, executive producer of "Anger Management" from 2012-14, has listed a house in Sherman Oaks for sale at $2.599 million.
The Tuscan-inspired home, built in 2006, sits on more than a third-acre fenced and gated lot. The grounds contain a swimming pool with a spa, fruit trees and rose bushes.
The nearly 5,000 square feet of living space features wood and stone flooring, multiple balconies, stone accents, iron railings and plantation shutters. A rotunda entry, formal dining and living rooms, an office, a family room connected to a center-island kitchen, five bedrooms and four bathrooms are among the rooms. There is a double-sided fireplace in the master suite for a total of three fireplaces.
Burg was also an executive producer for "Two and a Half Men" (2003-12) and produced the "Saw" films.
The property last changed hands in 2006 for $2.59 million, public records show.
