Harding, 29, starred in the 2015 movie "Addiction: A '60s Love Story" and will star in the upcoming film "Bethlehem" about a high school football team and the demise of the steel industry. He was also in the 2010 series "Hollywood Is Like High School With Money."
He bought the property three years ago for $718,000.
