BRIEF: Portillo's CEO Keith Kinsey buys Burr Ridge house for $940,000

Nov. 18--Keith Kinsey, CEO of Portillo's, and his wife paid $940,000 on Oct. 15 for a four-bedroom Cape Cod-style house in Burr Ridge.

On July 1, Kinsey signed on as the CEO of Oak Brook-based Portillo's after previously serving as president and chief operating officer of Colorado-based Noodles Company.

Built in 1994, Kinsey's new house has 4 1/2 baths, a first-floor master suite with a fireplace, and a lower level with a recreation area, an exercise room and a custom bar, all on a 1.43-acre lot.

On Nov. 10, Kinsey and his wife sold their five-bedroom, 7,334-square-foot home in Westminster, Colo., for $825,000.

Mary Lou Scala of Re/Max Signature Homes represented Kinsey in the Burr Ridge purchase.
