June 17--Police are warning Far North Side residents following a string of residential burglaries over the past month in Rogers Park.
Someone or several people entered the homes and rummaged through bedroom dressers, taking cash and jewelry, police said in a community alert. The break-ins happened:
--From 2:30 to 4:10 p.m. June 9 in the 1700 block of West Wallen Avenue.

From 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. June 3 in the 6700 block of North Hermitage Avenue.

From 1 p.m. May 22 to 9 p.m. May 24 in the 1700 block of West North Shore Avenue.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Area North detectives at 312-744-8263.
