BRIEF: Man found on Far South Side identified

May 05--The family of a man found on the Far South Side has been located, police said.

The man was found intoxicated near 95th Street and Ashland Avenue and then taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital, where it was discovered that he is mentally challenged. Police were seeking the public's help in identifying him since he was unable to say his name or where he lives.

Police said the man has been identified and his family was notified.
