Jan. 03--Chicago police are searching for a 15-year-old girl who went missing New Year's Day on the South Side, officials said.
Alexis Thomas was last seen about 3 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of East 71st Street in the Park Manor neighborhood. She was wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans, black boots and Ray-Ban glasses, police said in a news release.
Alexis is black with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds, officials said.
