BRIEF: Police: Fuller Park church fire 'suspicious'

Feb. 16--A fire that started in a Fuller Park church and spread to a neighboring home has been found to be "suspicious" and arson detectives are investigating, according to police.

Four people were displaced by the fire, which started about 4:45 a.m. Monday in the back of the wood-frame church in the 5100 block of South Princeton Avenue.

The fire spread to a 2 1/2 -story residence next door and got into the attic space, officials said. Four adults had to be relocated but no injuries were reported.

Details about the cause of the fire were not available.
