BRIEF: Police: Body found in Chicago River

July 01--A body was found floating in the Ogden Slip on Wednesday afternoon, police said.

About 1:30 p.m. the captain of a commercial ship called police when the body of a male was seen floating in the water, according to police.

Marine unit officers responded to the slip, in Streeterville north of the Chicago River, and pulled the body from the water.
