BRIEF: Pete Wentz's Angels Kings closing

Jan. 16--Better take that mug shot photo at Angels Kings while you still can.

The Pete Wentz-co-owned bar in Hard Rock Hotel's lobby is scheduled to close at the end of March, according to a Hard Rock spokesperson. Angels Kings will be replaced by the second Mr. Brown's Lounge location, which the spokesperson said is expected to open in May (the Jamaican restaurant's other location is in West Town).

Wentz plans to host a goodbye party Jan. 24 at Angels Kings following Fall Out Boy's soldout concert at Lincoln Hall.

Angels Kings opened in Chicago in 2008 in River North before moving to a smaller space in Hard Rock in 2011. Both spots included a mug shot wall where famous and non-famous patrons posed for photos. Angels Kings opened in New York, Barcelona and Hollywood as well but all three locations have since closed.
