March 01--Oprah Winfrey's fans can shop items from the closet of her longtime West Loop talk show on eBay.
The auctions, which began Tuesday, feature more than 200 items of clothing, shoes and accessories worn by Winfrey on the cover of O, The Oprah Magazine and on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," which aired from 1986-2011. The show taped at Harpo Studios, which closed in December.
The money raised is slated to go to The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation, which supports Winfrey's private school in South Africa and the development of female leaders.
New items are expected to be added every day through Friday. The auctions are scheduled to close March 10.
