BRIEF: Oprah's personal chef hosts pop-up dinner at Trinity Bar

April 26--Taryn Huebner, who has been Oprah Winfrey's personal chef for the last seven years, will host a pop-up dinner Tuesday at Trinity Bar (2721 N. Halsted St.).

Seatings for the four-course, four-wine dinner will be at 6 and 8 p.m. Tuesday; the price for each seating is $85, which includes tax and gratuity.

The dinner will begin with a salad of roasted carrots, lentils, burrata and pancetta, followed by ricotta gnocchi with mushrooms. Moroccan braised beef with Israeli couscous will be the main course, followed by buttermilk panna cotta with strawberry and lavender.
