BRIEF: Oddsmakers put USC at 20-1 to win College Football Playoff next year

Jan. 13--USC's odds of winning the College Football Playoff next season are 20-1, according to Bovada.

Ohio State, which defeated Oregon to win the inaugural College Football Playoff title on Monday night, is the favorite at 6-1.

TCU is 15-2, Alabama 10-1 and Auburn and Oregon are 14-1.

UCLA is 33-1.

USC finished the 2014 season with a 9-4 record under first-year Coach Steve Sarkisian.

Quarterback Cody Kessler, who established several school passing records last season, will be a senior next season.
