April 30--An Oak Lawn man died of complications from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident, according to an autopsy.
Ricardo Longoria, 44, was pronounced dead at 6 a.m. Monday, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
According to an autopsy conducted Wednesday, Longoria died of complications from multiple injuries after he was struck by a motor vehicle while riding a bicycle. The office ruled the death an accident.
The accident happened on the 9500 block of South Mayfield Avenue in the south suburb, according to officials.
Oak Lawn police could not provide any additional details about the accident.
