BRIEF: Notre Dame-Temple game set for prime time on Halloween

Oct. 19--Notre Dame and Temple will be prime-time players Halloween night in Philadelphia.

The meeting of ranked teams is scheduled for a 7 p.m. CT kickoff at Lincoln Financial Field, it was announced Monday.

The game will be broadcast nationally on ABC.

The No. 11 Irish (6-1) are off this week and will play four of their final five games on the road, starting with No. 24 Temple (6-0) and followed by trips to Pittsburgh, Boston and Palo Alto, Calif. Their only remaining home game is Nov. 14 against Wake Forest.

"Now we have to take that (mental toughness) and be road warriors," Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly said. "That's the next question. That's yet to be determined about how we're playing on the road."
