BRIEF: Not 'Game of Thrones' but 'Graeme of Thrones' to play Broadway Playhouse

Feb. 18--The London transplant "Graeme of Thrones" -- not to be confused with the Emmy-award winning HBO television series "Game of Thrones" -- is coming to the Broadway Playhouse this fall.

This theatrical trek through the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros follows an uber "Thrones" fan named Graeme who, with the spiritual guidance of George RR Martin, mounts a production encompassing the quest for the Iron Throne. When Graeme hears a big producer is coming to see the show, he hopes for the opposite of what happened in "Red Wedding."

The unauthorized parody, and lawsuit waiting to happen, will play Oct. 25 to Nov. 13. The Broadway Playhouse is located at Water Tower Place, 175. E Chestnut St.
