Feb. 18--Northwestern has been invited to join North Carolina, Kansas State and Missouri for the championship rounds of the 2015 CBE Hall of Fame Classic in Kansas City, Mo.
"We're thrilled to be a part of such a challenging field that will test our team," NU coach Chris Collins said in a statement. "It's a tremendous opportunity to compete in what should be one of the top in-season tournaments in a great city like Kansas City."
The semifinal rounds will be held on Nov. 23 at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo. The finals will take place the next day, beginning with the consolation game, followed by the championship game. All four games will be aired on the ESPN networks.
