Jan. 17--ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- When is enough, enough?
Northwestern faces Michigan Saturday night at Crisler Center, trying to snap a three-game losing streak.
Turnovers and shoddy defense have been a recurring theme in losses to Illinois, Michigan State and Wisconsin. The Wildcats (10-7, 1-3 Big Ten) lost 72-67 at home against Illinois Wednesday night after dropping an 84-77 overtime contest at Michigan State a week ago.
"This game is about winning close games," NU coach Chris Collins said. "You can always look back at your season and say: 'woulda, coulda, shoulda.' But you've got to find a way to win those close games."
The Wolverines (10-7, 3-2) are coming off a 71-52 loss at Ohio State.
