April 07--Northwestern added one Bryce and lost another in its 2017 recruiting class Wednesday.
Bryce Jackson, a three-star safety prospect from Denton, Texas, committed to the Wildcats during a visit to Evanston, 247Sports.com reported. Jackson had offers from Duke and Wake Forest.
But three-star tight end Bryce Wolma of Saline, Mich., switched his commitment to Arizona only three days after committing to NU.
Jackson is the fifth player from Texas among the Wildcats' nine Class of 2017 commitments.
