Feb. 17--It's customary for guests at four-star restaurants to relinquish control of the evening to the chef, but Carrie Nahabedian much prefers to engage her guests in the process from the very beginning. The results are collaborative, empowering and always, always delicious. I used to wonder if any restaurant could succeed in the old Gordon space; now I wonder what will happen if Naha ever leaves.
