Feb. 17--Jean Joho gets around more than people think, advising and assisting in a number of Lettuce Entertain You projects, but he's never far away from his 40th-floor dining room, where his Alsatian-inspired cuisine continues to play at a lofty height. Glorious city views and bronze Soldini sculptures (one per table) still aren't as eye-catching as some of Joho's plates. One of Chicago's treasures.
