Oct. 26--NFL player Eddie George will razzle dazzle audiences off the field and on the stage in the Tony-winning revival of "Chicago." He is set to make his Broadway debut as Billy Flynn Jan. 11 -- Feb. 28 at the Ambassador Theatre.
George had a nine-year career in the NFL after winning the 1995 Heisman Trophy for Ohio State University. His football honors include a trip to Super Bowl XXXIV with the Tennessee Titans and four consecutive years selected to the Pro Bowl.
"Chicago" currently stars Rumer Willis as Roxie Hart, Amra-Faye Wright as Velma Kelly, Raymond Bokhour as Amos Hart and NaTasha Yvette Williams as Matron "Mama" Morton, soon to be replaced by Real Housewife NeNe Leakes. George will replace Jason Danieley as Billy Flynn.
