Jan. 12--Rick Bayless is getting on board with Taco Tuesday. The Frontera chef has launched a video series in which he will demonstrate a different taco recipe each week. First up: a chorizo-potato taco with roasted tomatillo salsa and avocado.
The video is lively (as you'd expect from Bayless), and the recipe is simple enough to make at home. You can even make the filling a day in advance and reheat in a skillet over medium to medium-low heat -- just add a few drops of water if the mixture seems dry, Bayless recommends.
