Nov. 10--New girl Megan Fox is fitting in well on the set of her new show "New Girl," her co-star Lamorne Morris told People magazine last week.
Fox, who replaces Zooey Deschanel in the upcoming season of "New Girl" for Deschanel's maternity leave, filed for divorce from her husband Brian Austin Green in August. Morris, 32, said it's not obvious there's anything going in Fox's personal life.
"She's fantastic. We're filming right now," said Morris, a South Side native who attended high school in Glen Ellyn. "She's great -- -- super funny, super fun to look at and super fun to work with."
Morris, who studied at the College of DuPage and trained at Second City, said he loves to ask Fox questions about anything.
"She's probably one of the smartest people I've ever met in my entire life by a mile -- -- super intelligent," Morris said. "So I just ask her questions all day about everything. We talk about astrology and aliens. We just talk about the most off-the-wall stuff."
Season 5 of "New Girl" is expected to debut on Fox in January.
