March 21--A motorcyclist killed by a hit-and-run driver last week in Brentwood has been identified as Ehsan Fazel of Woodland Hills, authorities said Saturday.
Fazel, 36, who has lane-splitting, collided with a white moving van about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the westbound lanes of Sunset Boulevard near Kenter Avenue.
Police said Fazel lost control of his motorcycle and struck the pavement. The driver of the moving van continued westbound on Sunset and failed to stop after the collision.
Paramedics pronounced Fazel dead at the scene.
