Jan. 08--Monica Keena of "Entourage" fame did a quick turnaround last year in Sherman Oaks, parting with a house she had owned for about a year for $925,000. She spent $937,500 to buy the home in 2013.
Set on a nearly 11,000-square-foot lot in the Hidden Woods area, the ranch-style house was built in 1946. Living and dining rooms, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are contained within the 1,676 square feet of living space.
The walled and gated property also has a swimming pool, a detached art studio and a covered patio.
Keena, 35, will star in the upcoming film "Manson Girls." Her scores of film and TV credits include appearances on "Private Practice," "Grey's Anatomy" and "Undeclared."
