Jan. 09--Satya Nadella, the chief executive of Microsoft Corp., has put his home in Clyde Hill, Wash., on the market for $3.488 million.
Built in 1963 and since renovated, the contemporary-style home has an industrial vibe with polished concrete and ceramic floors, vaulted ceilings and exposed steel beams. Walls of floor-to-ceiling windows take in panoramic views of Lake Washington, Mt. Olympus and the Seattle cityscape.

Nadella bought the house nearly two decades ago for $1.385 million, property records show.
