BRIEF: Mentally confused man missing in Chicago

April 14--Chicago police have issued a missing person alert for a mentally confused man from Rockford who went missing in Chicago.

Deshaye Brown, 24, last made contact with his family on April 10.

Brown was last seen near 151 E. Wacker Drive in Chicago. Police said he may be mentally confused.

He is described as black with a dark complexion, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds.

He has brown eyes and brown hair. In photos provided by police he is shown with short hair and has dread locks in an additional photo.

He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, a red hooded sweater and white tennis shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Area Central Detectives at 312-747-8380.
