April 20--Grammy winner Meghan Trainor announced Wednesday she will embark on a two-month tour that includes stops in Rosemont and the Illinois State Fair in Springfield.
Trainor, 22, is set to play the Rosemont Theatre Aug. 10 and the fair's grandstand Aug. 13. Tickets for the 7 p.m. Rosemont show, which cost $27.95-$57.95, are slated to go on sale 11 a.m. April 29 via Ticketmaster.
An on-sale date for fair tickets, which cost $28-$50, has not yet been announced.

The Untouchable Tour, in support of Trainor's upcoming album "Thank You," is slated to kick off July 14 in Canada and wrap up Sept. 24 in Boston. Trainor is also scheduled to perform at the Allstate Arena June 26 as part of the B96 Summer Bash.
Other fair acts include Pat Benatar, Melissa Etheridge, Dierks Bentley, ZZ Top and Gregg Allman. The fair is scheduled to be held Aug. 12-21 in Springfield, with a preview night slated for Aug. 11.
