March 24--Adidas and McDonald's unveiled the uniforms and shoes players will wear at the McDonald's All-American Games on April 1 at the United Center.
Mirroring the more muted look of February's NBA All-Star Game, the design players will wear at this year's national high school basketball showcase is a bit of a departure from last year's holographic jersey numbers and the dayglow-camo combo of 2013. Jerseys this year will feature black with white accents, or vice-versa, and a large McDonald's logo on the shorts.
That's not to say they'll be drab. The shorts have wide waistbands in a contrasting color and the numbering uses reflective material that gives it a subtle metallic look.
The shoes are limited edition colorways of the D Lillard 1 and the D Rose 5. Derrick Rose played in the 2007 All-American game.
