March 16--A man was shot twice in the Englewood neighborhood Monday morning -- at least the 21st person shot in Chicago since early Sunday afternoon.

The 24-year-old man suffered two wounds to his left arm while standing in the 7200 block of South Green Street around 9:50 a.m., police said.

Someone in a dark 4-door car opened fire, leaving 10 shell casings scattered in the street.

The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in good condition, police said.

No one was in custody.
