BRIEF: Man with mental health issues missing from West Rogers Park

Nov. 08--A man with mental health issues has been reported missing from his West Rogers Park home, according to police.

Police issued a missing person alert Saturday for Michael Dunagan, 19, who was last seen at his home about noon Friday.

Dunagan has bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and has psychotic tendencies, according to police.

The man does not have a cellphone and has not previously been missing from his home for any extended period of time, police said.

Dunagan, who is believed to be in the Uptown area, requires various medications, which he has not taken in almost 48 hours, police said.

He is described as a white Hispanic man, 5-feet-11, 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a medium complexion and has a tattoo with the name "Millie" on his right arm.

He is believed to be wearing a black jacket with an electric company logo on the left chest area. He may also be wearing a Bulls baseball hat with a leather brim, police said.
