BRIEF: Man with mental health issues missing

April 15--Chicago police have issued a missing person alert for a man who suffers from mental health issues.

Anthony Mancini, 56, was last seen by his family on April 13, at 9 p.m. police said. He is missing from the 4400 block of North Mason Avenue.

The man suffers from paranoid personality disorder and mild retardation, police said. He walks with "an obvious limp" to his left leg.

He is described as white with a light complexion. He is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds.
