Jan. 25--A 45-year-old man was stabbed and seriously wounded early Monday during a fight in the Washington Park neighborhood, Chicago police said.
The man was in an apartment in the 5900 block of South Indiana Avenue drinking with his girlfriend and another male when they started to argue.
He left the apartment and returned with several other people. They started to attack the male, who pulled out a knife and stabbed the 45-year-old man, police said.
The man went to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a police spokeswoman.
