BRIEF: Man in critical condition after stabbing in Lawndale

Jan. 25--A 30-year-old man was stabbed early Monday in the Lawndale neighborhood, Chicago police said.

He was in the 4200 block of West 21st Place when he was stabbed several times about 4:35 a.m, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a police spokeswoman. He went to Mount Sinai Hospital and was listed in critical condition.

Details about the stabbing were not available. Police said the man was being uncooperative with investigators.
