Oct. 31--A man was fatally shot late Thursday afternoon outside a restaurant in Altadena, deputies said.
The shooting occurred about 5:45 p.m. outside Fair Oaks Burgers, 2560 Fair Oaks Ave., said Lt. Robert Lewis of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Altadena Station.
Witnesses told deputies that an argument occurred shortly before the shooting.
Sheriff's investigators are looking for a four-door gray sedan with at least two people inside who were seen fleeing the scene, Lewis said.
