BRIEF: Man charged with sexual assault on Niles spa customer

Oct. 12--A Chicago man was arrested Friday on felony charges of criminal sexual assault after a customer in a Niles spa woke up after a treatment and allegedly found the suspect performing a sex act on him.

Tram Nguyen, 25, of Chicago, appeared in Cook County court Sunday and was ordered held on $75,000 bail by Judge James Brown. Prosecutors said a customer in the spa allegedly woke up to find Nguyen performing oral sex on him.
