Oct. 09--Police are asking for the public's help finding a man who has epilepsy and went missing Thursday from his home in the city's Portage Park neighborhood.
Jozef Staszel, 79, was last seen Oct. 7 when he left his home in the 5900 block of West Addison Street. Police said he speaks only Polish and may be riding public transportation.
Staszel was last seen wearing a dark-colored hat, a dark-blue jacket, black pants and black dress shoes, police said.
He is described as a white man with a medium complexion, gray hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds, police said.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Chicago Police Area North Special Victims Unit at 312-744-8200.
